Thank you for a very informative video. the first point is what i would like to suggest to our HR, there is no harm in praising people, and a weekly meeting geared to just this end would be a very useful motivational tool without incurring too much cost.
All points in the video merit attention, a combination of all three would be the ideal situation, but given the corporate culture where i am, it will a lot of time and effort to begin to move in the right direction.
